Dear Loyal Customer

We are wrtiting this letter with so much gratefulness in our hearts.
This is a letter to thank you, but also a letter to say goodbye.

For many years now, you have been part of our Kief Kreatief family. You have seen us grow from strength to strength. You have helped us build back up after disaster struck. You carried us through so much.

We think back to how it all started, acquiring a paint shop in 1998. Paint Factory had a wonderful, loyal customer base. When we added a small craft section, the demand became so high we simply had no choice but to expand and expand until we reached the most wonderful pink peak. We dazzled you with new products, found products you requested and even produced products that you have never seen before.

It is with great sadness that we have to say goodbye to you today. Through Covid and the inevitable changes that it caused the world, we had to make the tough decision to start a new chapter in our lives. This means closing one that has meant so much to us for such a substantial amount of time.

Thank you for supporting us for so many joyful years. Thank you for teaching us and carrying us. It has been the most spectacular journey, seeing people turn from clients, to friends, to our family.

Please continue creating and crafting and making. We believe it is possible to change the world, one sequince at a time. The crafting community is such a special one. We have seen how much healing and mental wellness comes with expression of self, through creating and sharing the love of craft.

We are closing this chapter with nothing but thankfulness.

We will have a 30% off clearance sale on all items from the 1st to the 25th of October. Please come support us and help us make this last month memorable. Our trading hours will be from 09h00 t0 18h00 Monday to Friday, and 09h00 to 14h00 on Saturdays.

We are also excited to continue serving your laser cutting needs. Our lasercutting services will remain open to custom orders.
We are also planning on creating crafting kits and selling them online. We will send out more information on this as soon as we have our new ducks in a row.

Your kindness and compassion has taught us a great deal over the last 24 years. For that we can only say thank you, thank you and thank you. We also want to thank the Good Lord up above for protecting us and guiding us in this new phase of life. It is only in Him that we have the courage, and even enthusiasm, to endevour onto this new journey.

Keep dreaming. Keep creating. Keep loving each other.
It is only through this that we continue painting the most beautiful artwork that is life.
